I liked this movie a bit of action its about an ex marine sniper who is asked to plan how to shoot the president so that they can capture a supposed sniper, but they frame him and he escapes trying to prove he didnt do it.  Lots of action and shooting although I still picture him as marky mark and the funky bunch, I give it 8/10.
